From Novice to Expert: Introduction and Advancement in None
Long-term None may cause a burden on the body, but as long as you master the correct methods, you can watch games healthily. First, reasonably arrange viewing time, avoid excessive staying up late, and ensure sufficient sleep. Secondly, get up and move around during the viewing, do some simple stretching exercises to relieve physical fatigue.
